  2. Your meal plan gets delivered freshly on daily basis.
  3. You get unlimited email or phone support to tweak or answer any questions about your plan.
  4. You'll also check-in with us every week. I track your progress and I'll answer any questions you have.

Next is the PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLAN

  1. You'll fill out a detailed questionnaire. that tells us everything we need to know to customize the perfect plan for you.
  2. We will give you a detailed step-by-step workout program. All you have to do is follow it and enjoy the results.
  3. We'll tell you exactly what to do in the gym. What muscles to work, in what order, with what exercises, and on what days.
  4. We'll tell you how many reps to do and even how long to rest in between sets.
  5. I will check in with you once per week so I can gauge your progress and determine if you need to make any tweaks. The body adapts and so shall we to keep it guessing and make sure we keep getting maximum results.
