Meet the two men who are trying to take bodybuilding in Vietnam to the next level.

Pham Van Mach is a three-time world champion and a seven-time Asian champion bodybuilder. Mach has competed both domestically and internationally, and his goal to join the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) — the world's largest bodybuilding federation — represents a significant achievement. If successful, Mach would become the first Vietnamese bodybuilder admitted to the IFBB.

Ben Dell is a veteran bodybuilding coach with over 25 years of experience and a former Canadian champion. Dell is Mach's ace to open the gate to the IFBB.
